The latest version, 1.5 supports flash streaming of the captured broadcast, allowing users to rewind, FF, edit and paste portions of the broadcast WHILE IT IS STREAMING.It is possible to cut out, transcribe, and publish a section of a news bulletin before the bulletin has finished broadcasting.

NewsManager CaptureDesk option allows "live" capture, encoding and streaming of radio and television broadcasts directly to user workstations. Audio/Video capture scheduling and automatic tuning of receivers is supported.

This enables uses to easily monitor, and if needed translate, the worlds broadcast news. The Captured news can be directly accessed through NewsManager’s FrontDesk.
