Distributor Conference held in London

Distributors from Asia, Africa and the middle East converged on London for the Transtel conference last month. Transtel MD John Evans took the distributors through the roadmap for the next 18 months, highlighting some exciting developments in Event driven News management, the changing world of Broadcast News,and the innovative streaming news that can be captured and manged while still live.
The distributors spend a couple of days getting a hands on experience of the forthcoming applications, and finished the week with a tour of the Reuters building.
Khaled Al-Abed, projects director of Microsystems in UAE said the conference had been a great week, and looked forward to Transtel's presence at the middle East Broadcast Show in November.
